These terms govern the Active ProResolve subscription purchased through this Website. They supplement the General Terms of Sale<\/a>, which apply to anything not covered here.<\/p>\n

What the subscription includes<\/h2>\n

An Active ProResolve subscription entitles you to receive one shipment of the product every 30 days<\/strong>, to the address you give when subscribing. Each shipment is one bottle of Active ProResolve containing 60 capsules.<\/p>\n

The subscription is taken out in one person’s name and for a single delivery address. You can change the delivery address from your account area before the next renewal.<\/p>\n

Price and billing<\/h2>\n

The subscription price is \u20ac38.00<\/strong> per shipment, taxes included. There is no sign-up fee, no trial period and no additional shipping cost within the delivery area set out below.<\/p>\n

The amount is charged automatically and in advance to the payment method you provided when subscribing, on each renewal. If the charge cannot be completed \u2014 because the card has expired, for example \u2014 we will notify you by email so that you can update your payment method; until the payment goes through, the shipment is held.<\/p>\n

Should the subscription price change, we will notify you by email far enough in advance for you to cancel before the new price takes effect. No price change affects a shipment already charged for.<\/p>\n

Term and renewal<\/h2>\n

The subscription has no minimum term<\/strong>. It renews automatically every 30 days, indefinitely, until you cancel it. Cancelling carries no penalty of any kind.<\/p>\n

Pausing and cancelling<\/h2>\n

You can pause, resume and cancel<\/strong> the subscription at any time and by yourself, from My account \u2192 My subscription<\/em>. There is no need to call or write in order to do so.<\/p>\n
