If you are not completely satisfied, you may return any opened or unopened product(s) for a full refund within 30 days of the order date. Briefly explain to us your reason(s) for requesting a return or exchange, we can better serve you if we understand the reasons for your request.

Once we receive the package, we will refund the full purchase price of your product(s) via your original form of payment. Please allow 3-5 business days to process your refund once we receive your returned item(s).

Return a Product

If 30 days has passed since your order date, we apologize, but we can’t accept the item(s) for a return. Pack the products securely in a sturdy package and include the original packing slip. Return the package using your preferred shipping carrier, however we recommend using insured/trackable mail as we are not responsible for items that fail to arrive at our warehouse.
